It is very likely it can be obtained, although your description is quite general. If you are looking for a way to model the elastic half space, look for the infinite elements in Abaqus, see if that is what you are looking for. Vibration response can be predicted with one of the steady state dynamics procedures, you can use modal or direct basically.
