The wars and disasters that are happening in the world today show, first of all, the weakness of the United Nations’ capabilities as an international organization to control actions in violation of the right to the environment and climate. Second: Terrible violations by developing countries against the environment and climate (Sudan, Libya, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, and most African countries). Third: The contribution of the great and developed countries (USA, EU, Russia, China,.....) to catastrophic violations of the right to the environment and climate, whether directly or indirectly, by supporting other countries by fueling wars and conflicts. In the face of this catastrophic amount of environmental and climate violations, how can the United Nations achieve the sustainable development goals SGDs (17) in (2030).We are living in a world without mind.

- Prioritizing Environmental Policies: Developing and conflict-affected countries need support in integrating environmental and climate considerations into their rebuilding and development plans.
- Accountability and Transparency: There must be increased accountability and transparency in both developed and developing countries regarding environmental policies and practices.
- Innovative Financing: Mobilizing innovative financing solutions to support environmental and sustainable development projects in countries affected by conflict and environmental degradation.
- Local and Global Partnerships: Building partnerships at local and global levels to implement projects that address both immediate needs and long-term sustainability goals.
- Public Awareness and Education: Increasing awareness and education about environmental protection and the consequences of climate change is essential to drive change at both the individual and policy levels.
The path to achieving the SDGs by 2030 in this complex global environment is challenging, but not insurmountable. It requires a concerted effort from all stakeholders, with a commitment to sustainable development, peace, and environmental stewardship.
