The Tali Cell Cycle Kit is essentially just propidium iodide premixed with RNase A and Triton X-100. Suspension cells labeled with this kit can be analyzed with any flow cytometer with a blue or yellow laser. The Tali kit is designed for very small samples of cells. @chris- thank you Chris for the reply..I was able to do the experiment...the results were ok in this regard...i would need to check out the kit that you have mentioned above too...infact the end user used the talli kit for the cell cycle analysis & for the apoptosis test too...
