I am an expert on tectonic movements. They appear in relief fragmentarily. The fragmentation of their manifestation does not coincide with the fragmentation of rectilinear clouds.

A simple answer to your comment. Straight-line cloud patterns appear over the ocean. There are no elevations of the water surface in the ocean.

But I don’t know the exact answer to this topic. I have written several articles about the gravitational field. Wrote a book about temperature anomalies on the Earth's surface. There is no clear answer yet.

Orographic uplift isn't the only atmospheric mass movement that positions a given volume of air with it's water vapor constituent into conditions for droplet formation, it is only the most obvious one on the windward side, and gravity wave linear clouds on the leeward side ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_wave ). I say obvious because I live between two major mountain ranges, the Olympics and Cascades and can watch them out my window ( and we are blessed with a veritable zoo of past and current plates and their boundaries ) .

"The waves important to the circulation in the atmosphere have horizontal wavelengths ranging from about ten to thousands of kilometers. The largest of these can be resolved in today's global models." - so I would expect orographic ones propogating over water, and there are also some convective sources.

If one wanted to derive some sort of hypothetical correlation between lithographic gravitational field underneath ocean and land, there is at least 20 years of satellite gravitational field measurements available from GRACE ( https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/Grace/index.html )and other platforms, along with cloud and atmospheric column measurements at various resolution. Depending on the area of interest, there are also surface gravity datasets at various resolutions, and NCAR/UCAR (https://data.ucar.edu/dataset/?q=cloud ) has voluminous datasets of atmospheric datasets used as input for weather prediction and climate science ( https://data.ucar.edu/dataset/?q=cloud ), and NCAr has counterparts in Europe, etc. ( https://www.ecmwf.int/en/forecasts/datasets ).

They can. Linear clouds are often formed within tectonic fault zones under the influence of electromagnetic waves, which are activated as a result of geological processes (piezo effects).

No contradictions. Linear clouds appear mainly at the moment of formation, and the period of their stable linearity depends on the stability of the atmosphere (frontal, vertical convective flows and vortex processes.
