Can someone tell me the growing time for AoSMC?

Hello,

i'm about to start an experiment in co-culture with EC and AoSMC. The company data sheet says 6-10 days from sub-culturing to confluence for SMC. Is that true.

I'm experienced with endothelial cells and i thought the confluence timing was pretty much the same but i see it's not.

is there anybody who have more detailed infos? for example timing from thawing to P1 and subculturing form P1 to P3.

BTW: I am using petri dishes 100 mm.

I have used HUVECs and HPAECs in M199 medium in 100 MM petriplate. If I use 5% serum and VEGF and 1X105 (ten to the power five) cells for 100 mm petriplate it will take just around three days to completely full, not 6-10 days. I have no idea about co-culture
