Can someone tell me few names of unpaid journals publishing study protocols?

Hello, I'm trying to find out which journals, like BMC, publish study protocols. However, since the BMC and BMJ are paid publications, I'm looking for an unpaid one.

Could you give me the names of a few free journals that publish study protocols?
