The NMR piece is relatively simple. You can use QUANTAS or ERETIC to quantify the amount of material in solution. What you won't want to do is have particulate matter in the NMR tube as this will kill resolution of your peaks. You can perform the dissolution external to the NMR tube and filter/transfer the supernatant into the NMR tube for measurement.
