I’m looking for studies about the impact of CSR on employee attitudes and behaviors at work using multi-level data analysis. Does anyone know of such studies? Thanks.
Rosabeth Kanter has come out with a book based on 294 interviews in MNCs across the world. The book is titled: "Supercorp" It is based on qualitative data. One of the themes she has handled is CSR, and linked it with employee engagement and talent management, as business case.
