Can someone suggest me what type of SPME fiber would be best for extraction of volatile (terpenoid) components from suspension and callus cultures obtained from different explants for analysis through GCMS?

Terpenoid compounds are not polar , so according to me PDMS fiber (probably 100 um) is the best choice.

Jan has already suggested 100 micron metre PDMS. You may also try DVB/CAR/PDMS or DVB/PDMS for similar extraction.

I think Supelco still offers a kit with 3 different fiber stationary phases. I would definitely compare the results from several keeping all extraction variables identical. Based on my experience, I absolutely would try to use a labeled internal standard if you wish to quantitate the results afterward.
