There are plenty NLO applications for nanoparticles; photonic crystal, optical diode, optical limiters, optical switches etc. to name a few.
This book should give you a comprehensive overview of NLO applications of nanoparticles > http://www.tmhshop.com/a-textbook-of-nanoscience-and-nanotechnology
I do not know of any commercial products that uses nanotechnology for NLO applications. These are still in the development stage. One potential application that is close to commercial production is probably two photon fluorescent QDs for medical imaging. There are plenty of optical products (commercial) that uses nanotechnology.
To best of my knowledge no commercial (for sale) applications of nano-particles in NLO was reported. Using nanoparticles as resonators was studies by several groups, but I am not aware about even application of nanoparticles even for linear optics beside some filter applications. By the way the filter application of nanoparticles is probably is most easy project for commercialization in NLO domain per say: the glass lenses covered by nanoparticles will protect the eyes against laser irradiation. This probably already used in military application and formally this formally respond to your question. Also there might be some NP doping used in production of fiber lasers switchers, but I do not follow this field for a while.
