We have a monoclonal antibody raised in rats and we would like to sequence it. Can someone advise on the optimal primers we could use.
I don't understand exactly what you want to do? Either you must know the genomic change which you have introduced or target, and design primers based on that. If not, primer based method would not work I guess.
we are looking for optimized degenerative primers to sequence rat monoclonal antibodies.
