Existing studies show that aerosol vertical structures are affected by dynamic processes like synoptic-scale air flow, local circulation, turbulent mixing process and even topography. For example, the most frequently used exponential profile may correspond to circumstances where gravitational sedimentation (dry deposition) overwhelms uplifting process.
Can someone recommend me any numerical model which can simulate aerosol vertical structure or aerosol transportation? Besides, the model should appropriately take into consideration dry deposition, topography as well as dynamic process et al.

The WRF-CHEM model or CMAQ model may be tried for simulation.
To my knowledge, both of these models use the dynamical and thermodynamical field of meteorology as input and boundary conditions, which drive the chemical model for simulation of PM2.5, O3, NOx, etc.
I would suggest to start with the following reference: Fairall, C.W. and Larsen, S.E. (1984). Dry deposition, surface production and dynamics of aerosols in the marine boundary layer. Atmos. Environ., 18, 69‑77.
Gravitational sedimentation is only effective for very coarse particles. So, what particles are you interested in
The exponential profile is the average distribution but does not apply for a real situation.

Let me add CAMx to the list of models recommended so far, especially if you are looking for "off-line" coupling with dynamic meteorology. In other words, you would use a model like WRF first to generate meteorological inputs to CAMx. However, you would lose the aerosol feedback on dynamics, if that is of concern.

of processes shaping the vertical distribution of
atmospheric aerosol. For this reason it could be useful
as a summary of the basic equations and as the starting
point to derive and analyze the analytical models.
Another important issue emphasized in the paper is the
importance of non-oscillatory advection for the accurate
treatment of both transport and condensation growth
of the aerosol particles,

Boundary conditions were included by specifying mixed
Neumann-Dirichlet conditions for the aerosol spectrum at
the surface. For this reason the model could be used
to study the tropospheric aerosol. By enhancing
vertical resolution in the lower part of the troposphere
and selecting emission fluxes as well as deposition
velocity we can apply it to calculate aerosol spectrum
close to the surface.

The N-D conditions are not mentioned in the text. your publication focuses on aerosol above 10 km and does not specify surface conditions for the aerosol or else please provide the page number in your publication. Still, the questioner asks for details in the vertical in the surface layer (close to the surface and often extending up a few tens of meters)

Boundary conditions are the user specified option.
They were not discussed in the paper explicitly
because all surface effects are not crucial for
modeling of the stratospheric aerosol.
I agree with your point concerning specific problems
related to the surface layer.
The methodology described in the paper is still relevant,
even close to the surface, because of the use of
non-oscillatory and mass conserving numerics. These two
properties are crucial for aerosol modelling in all models.
