Dear colleagues! In the last two years have been published about 5 original articles that describe the equation to calculate Apolipoprotein B from various other 2 - 3 lipid parameters.
Our aim is to verify the validity, namely precision and accuracy of these formulas to several independent sets of measured data. To verify are needed measured values of total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglycerides, and apolipoprotein B, by sampling at least 200 patients with any disease. Ideally, if these data have been used in any article.
Please, can someone provide such data?

Can you please provide me with the citation of these articles? I am surprised that people want to calculate apoB instead of a measurement.

Why is the ApoB calculated, is given in publications - in analogy to the calculation of HDL cholesterol by Friedewald, and other formulas, latest according to the Seth Martin.
