Can someone provide code for applying machine learning techniques to spectrum sensing?

I have implemented basic energy detection for spectrum sensing and now I need to use this labeled data to generate a ROC by applying some machine learning algorithm to this labeled data. I have collected the data through USRP-B210. Any hints about how to go about the code would be fine.

Dear if you have spectrum labeled data. you can use a matlab app called classification learner which contain verity of machine learning algorithms. you can train and test using drag and drop.
