Can someone provide a list of redox potentials of biological cofactor pairs?

Hi all,

I just tried to find a list of all commonly used biological cofactors (NAD/NADH, PQQ/PQQH2, etc.) and their associated redox potentials but can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know of a good reference? Thanks in advance.
