I have tried fabricating with the same spec (that gave best PCE of 3.67% for P3HT PCBM61 with 3% DIO) for P3HT ICBA61, but witnessed poor PCE of < 2.50 %. Awaiting for your kind advice/suggestions.
Kan Li, for both the cases, cells were fabricated in open-air atmosphere without any encapsulation. For P3HT:PCBM, PCE was relatively decent. (3.67%).
I followed the same spin speed for P3HT:ICBA61 with 3% DIO, but PCE wasnt good. Think that reduced PCE may be due to solubility issue with ICBA60 with DIO. Please suggest any solid additives for P3HT:ICBA60 bulk heterojunction for obtaining best PCE.
Dear Ivan and Kan Li, thanks for the comments. Since, I am fabricating in open-air atmosphere, i am coating a thin layer of ZnO, which I believe can act as an encapsulation layer protecting the active layer.
