Do you have Viewmol package installed in ubuntu system. you can either do it through command line or software manager -> search "viewmol" -> install.

For a beginner, it might be more convenient to use the TmoleX GUI. The full version comes with the TURBOMOLE installation or one can use the free client version: http://www.cosmologic.de/support-download/downloads/tmolex-client.html
