As far as my knowledge goes there is a very limited body of knowledge regarding employee engagement in decision making. I have one master's thesis which examines the relationship between employee engagement and perceived managerial wisdom. The research work basically tries to answer if there is a correlation between perceived managerial wisdom and employee engagement. This research work may be useful to you because wisdom relates to decision making.
