Rheology measure the flow and/or the deformation behavior of a system under an external strength. In clay sciences the composition of a given clay slurry or suspension is key for its rheological behavior. This rheological behavior determines the potential usage of the clay slurry that is considered. To my knowledge there is no general "rheological properties" for clays minerals groupes or types.
