Something that is related to Accounting and Business Finance course degree. I'm interested in accounting related to technology. Marketing not really my interest. Maybe the issues that has been occurring that is accounting related. Or cybersecurity related accounting. I want to make sure that it benefits someone. The solutions to solved I will think of it.

You can search the topics of the dissertations in universities like Harvard. It would be really insightful.
Something in Blockchain or Data Analysis could be good and useful. Or the importance of Blockchain in Finance.
A good topic would be on the Importance of Ethics on cybersecurity to mitigate risks etc.
Hopefully the views/insights/implications for future research as per the following papers could help in developing your research topic, namely: the necessity of integrating blockchain technology, artificial intelligence in the accounting and auditing profession; the possibility of auditors/accountants’ completely dependence on the results of tasks provided by intelligent systems; the cost and benefit of the investment in AI; how will AI affect accounting/auditing profession?, etc. (see: Issa et al, 2016; Kokina and Davenport, 2017; Qasim and Kharbat, 2020).
