Can someone help me optimize the pcr lamp test?

I am trying to optimize my PCR Lamp assay. work with BST 2.0. would it be interesting to join BST 2.0 with BST 3.0? My problem is that I can't identify with the Lamp Ct> 29. would anyone have any idea where to optimize?
