These days in most of our cells we have these black small things in between the cells. when we see through ordinary microscope the cells looks fine and clear. But when we see through fluorescence microscope at higher resolution then we see the black spots in it. Can someone help me what are these things and what could be the reason. Nicolò Maria Villa the cells are DU145, and the media we use is DMEM, 10% FBS and 1% PS and we add Mycoplasma Prevention 2000X
