I am in the preliminary stages of developing a theoretical measurement model (SEM model) for cognition of children between 2 and 5 years. I have several scales assessing bits of the cognitive domain which I have now classified into; Attention, language and communication, executive function, visuospatial processing and learning and memory.
I am mostly having issues with the Ages and stages questionnaire (ASQ)'s 2 sub scales of Personal social and problem solving. Anyone have an idea which of the above 5 constructs these two subscales best assess?
