I would suggest not to use any software because there are bugs in software which will lead to errors and you may not be knowing which is the error. It is better to solve these parameters (JO, radiative transition probabilities (both electric and magnetic), lifetime, branching ratios, emission cross section) manually. You may use EXCEL SHEET for solving these parameters. I have solved all these parameters using EXCEL SHEET only.
For solving these parameters manually, just stick to old papers, follow and understand those equations, symbols, units, their numbers. Once you understand all these equations, try to simulate their numbers, if it is matching, then you may use that similar calculations for your samples.
Thank you very much for your valuable suggestions. I will definitely follow your advice and work on the calculations manually as you recommended.
If you don’t mind, would it be possible for you to share the Excel sheet you used for these calculations? It would be extremely helpful for me to understand the process better and ensure I’m on the right track.
