I have a dataset that gives dates of FMD outbreaks in various locations. It also has the information on serotype involved in each outbreak. In terms of risk factors, it does not have anything. I wish to make some sense out of it. Apart from doing outbreak mapping, what may be other ways and possibilities to look for?
Did you try to understand carriage for example? By geographical and serological data you should understand whether you can link them to pediatric organisational structure and different educational model in your country.
