I have XRD data of 1, 3, 5 wt% doped MgB2 system. I found a shift in all the XRD reflection towards higher 2theta side.but the shift is much pronounced for 1 wt. % as compare to 3 and 5 wt % doped MgB2 sample. someone please explain the reason for this.

U need to check ur lattice parameter of each data, maybe the site occupancy also. From the relation between doped and lattice parameter u can get the idea what happen. If it's shift to higher angle than probably the doped has smaller radii.
