For the GA implementation, you can use "HAndbook on Genetic Algorithm" published by CRC Press. You can find all the versions of the GA in this book. The codes are very nicely provided.

You can also use GA book by GOLDBERG.. At the end of the book you will find all the GA codes. Its very nice book.
