Some of the food sources contain good amounts of these materials, their quantitative estimation is a time consuming process. I am in need of non-destruction and rapid technique for the estimation of these materials.

For the non-destructive determination of the cross linking of fibres by NMR, I can recommend the publications of V. Rodin et al. (Johannesburg Kepler Institute, Linz, Austria). The authors mainly investigated collagen fibres.
