I am designing a rectifier for rf energy harvesting .
I am trying to use haramonic analysis to find out the input impedance of the rectifier at 91MHz, 10dbm. But I am a beginner and there is no example on the internet. Any expert could help me with this? I should measure the impedance of "OUT". And then use it to do impedance matching. right? As the input power, is there any good method to find a proper impedance matching network for dynamic input power? thanks
It seems that I had got the impedance? But why the input impedance is not 50ohm?

It is a very simple structure design.
First , decide which rectifier topology are you going to design in ADS, then implement the circuit using the component available in the pallete list.
The most important thing is the diode model, if the diode is available in the ADS library please use it. You might need to include the HF_diode library into the ADS main library. You could use the following PDF file to know how to install it

Second, construct the HB and S-parameter simulation and then obtain both the Pin/Pou and Zin, S11.
Plot smith chart to inspect the Zin at the desire frequency.

Yes you can simulated the circuit with LSSP simulation to find impedance value for matching. You can also use transient simulation to performs a non-linear time-domain simulation for waveform.
