Nickel nanotube was obtain by atomic layer deposition into the porous of alumina membrane initially a metal oxide film was grown by yhe rection of a precursor vapour of Nicp2(Nicklocene),Cocp2(Cobalcene) or FeCp2(Ferrocene) wit Ozone respectively.Nickelocene is the organonickel compound with the formula Ni(η5-C5H5)2.Also known as bis(cyclopentadienyl)nickel or NiCp2, this bright green paramagnetic solid is of enduring academic interest, although it yet has no practical application.Nickel oxide films obtained from nickelocene and ozone by atomic layer deposition at 230 degrees C are substoichiometric, but have the crystal structure of NiO. Oxygen can be driven out of the solid by annealing under inert atmosphere, or added into it via aerobic annealing.
