I follow for synthesis siloxy derivatives from reaction 4-hydroxy benzoyl hydrazine ,pyridine in dry acetonitrile was added dimethyl dichlorosilane(dropwise) to give intermediate compound followed reaction with different aldehyde or with appropriate 4- alkoxy benzoic acid and pocl3 for synthesis compounds containing ( oxadiazole or schiffbases)siloxy derivatives.
