I am trying to treat cotton fabric with GO solution and cotton fabric has negative charge on its surface. I have heard that GO also has negative charge so negative negative will repel. But I am not sure that GO does have negative charge or not at pH 2

of course it will hold negative charge at pH 2 ,we know that acidic ph inducing the negative charges to the solution.negative charges are not easily removed or neturlizing by changing pH.
