Those are the members of the electromagnetic spectrum based on wavelength..

5G is some form of radio wave.. and so it is shorter in wavelength than visible light.. so this means if 5G is not safe, then visible light is a death sentence..

Speed is commonly represented by the letter  V.

Frequency is commonly represented by the letter F.

Although radio waves are non-ionizing radiations, they are known to cause heating of body tissue, hence raised/elevated body temperature. Its not clear if intensive exposure to 5G waves may cause this effect. Highly penetrating and ionizing radiations may cause mutations.
