I am fabricating PSC using spiro-OMeTAD HTL. Can someone recommend me papers that discuss the process of spiro-OMeTAD layer oxidation . Most recently published works with high PCE don't mention spiro-OMeTAD oxidation process
Thank you Omar Asif for the suggestion of the articles. However, when I exposed my device to air in the dark for 5-12 hours, the device starts degrading with the evidence of black perovskite turning white. Is there a way to carry out spiro oxidation without degrading the whole device?
Spiro-OMeTAD relies on an uncontrolled oxidative process in the air to reach appreciable conductivity. If Spiro-OMeTAD is left without oxidation it undergoes uncontrolled oxidation by oxygen which inter.
Thank you sir Hadi Jabbar Alagealy , I tried and kept the device in the air for spiro-OMeTAD oxidation but the device degraded ( turned white). Is there a way to carry spiro-OMeTAD oxidation in air without degrading the PSC?
