Can parallel mediation be run on Smart PLS Software where the mediators are categorical and are converted into dummy variables ?

Smart PLS known for performing SEM on Partial Least Square method cannot deal with categorical data directly. Therefore categorical data is converted into dummy variables before the analysis. So is it possible to run parallel mediation with such categorical mediators ( converted in dummy variables ) in SmartPLS.
