I have discovered that very slow taichi movements (i.e. slow until blood won't rush to hands and feet) together with deep breathing can drive blood to flow effortlessly to internal organs and brain. Taichi uses the movements of legs and pelvis to distribute body weight causing variable stress signals indirectly to heart and causes a heart rate variability pulse train 10 to 15 PPM above resting rate. This pulse train will drive oxygenated blood to all capillaries of internal organs. I called this the Pao's Law of Exercise. The result of this is to grow new cells with normal DNA's in brain, internal organs, and everywhere. You may view the explanations posted on my Google+ account under my name Pao Yen.
My question is whether you have used other methods to cause stress to a human heart indirectly to raise heart beat (e.g. by meditation, bio-feedback, electric convulsion to the brain, electrostatic shock, etc.) with either deep breathing or oxygen mask (for comatose or sedated patients) and found that you have improved the general health or even cured some of his/her chronic diseases by accident?
Note: All the new forms of taichi's invented after 1956 (usually are short and fast, and use of normal breathing) are not under this category of old taichi.
