Can nile red absorbance value be used for CMC determination?

I want to measure the critical micelle concentration of the PEG-PLGA copolymer. Can I make CMC determination by loading nile red into PEG-PLGA and looking at absorbance with UV-Spectrophotometer?

You can use Nil Red to determine the CMC on a UV-visible spectrophotometer. Its maximum absorption lies in the region of 553 nm in the visible region of the spectrum.
