The bifurcation curve generated in MatCont is displayed in the same color(blue). The stability of the equilibrium or limit cycle can only be tracked in the layout of "numeric" in "Window" by Eigenvalues or Multipliers. Does anyone know how to display the stability of the curve graphically by color or any other ways(e.g. line style)?
We are going to release a new version that supports this functionality, expect something like March 2019.
For every curve you generate in MATCONT, there is a corresponding .mat file which is generated in the Systems>YourModelFolder>diagram. This file contains all the data points that MATCONT has calculated for the bifurcation. You can use the plot() function in MATLAB to generate the required bifurcation diagram with colors of your choice.

The vertical lines in the figure you have posted are generated for limit cycle I hope. In that case you need no plot the maximum and minimum values of those curves manually by loading the H_LC curves. For stability you need no keep track of the multipliers.
