I have used LBP-1-USB Laser Beam Profiler, Newport. This device can measure two-dimensional and three-dimensional beam profiles as well as measure the beam radius very well. The device can also measure relative power (compare two powers). However, the results are very different from that of the optical power meter. At present, we have made laser beam profiler according to the work of Prof.S. De Iuliis:

However, I still wonder if the laser beam profiler can measure the power accurately theoretically?

Thank you very much for your answer. As far as we know, power meter can measure power of laser exactly. However, there is no power meter in lab. We only have Laser Beam Profiler with 1280 x 1024 resolution. To measure power, I must go to another lab. So I hope there are some ways to measure power by Laser Beam Profiler with this resolution.
Dear colleague
I an only bring my personal experience using a Thorlabs beam profiler for the alignment of a collimating lens to build up an external cavity laser. The beam profiler indications can be reliable if you consider them as relative values as to compare different situations but are in no way (at least in my case) linked to the real value of the ASE output power emitted by the gain chip source. I usually used an integrated sphere both connected to a photodiode and to an OSA to estimate more correctly power and emission wavelength.
