The answer to your title is why not. But when you mention sample size then you will need to provide more details like how small/big is your data.

you can. even if the required sample size is not gotten you can calculate the standard deviation an estimate an assumed sample size. since most of the general formulas for calculating the sample size is majorly dependent on the standard deviation.

You can perform a meta-analysis and perform statistical inferences. So, yes to your question.
