I am working on modelling of RC masonry infill frame wall using FEM Simulator .My question is their any possibility to validate my model results without experimental testing as I have scarcity of resources to do Experimental work? Need valuable suggestions in this regard.

There is no need for testing. Many others have done this for you. You can use their test results for verification. I have attached a paper for you.

Ali Jalaeefar I have review the paper. But what if you change some parameters like replacing CMU with Clay Bricks or RC frame with steel frame. What would be your opinion in that case . kindly shed some light on this.....

Generally there is no need for every one to perform an experimental procedure to verify his/her model with the results. Others have done so and you are able to use their results for verification. You should just find the proper test result for the special situation you are involved in. Test results for both steel and concrete frames are available. Also for CMU and brick infills. please let me know if I could help you with your special case...
I have already replied you in your mail thru researchgate that if you get a similar problem solved in a research paper published in net you can compare your result with that one.But your model will yield best results if you can set proper boundary cond,contact modelling properly.
