Dear community,
I am currently writing my master's dissertation. As a part of the method, I have to include views (interview) of experts for the empirical analysis. The problem is I have not received replies from experts since long and the deadline is gradually approaching.
However, similar views of different experts are available in the public domain like YouTube. I was curious if I can use them for my purpose. Is anyone aware if a similar method where adoption of the video interview is explained somewhere in literature?

Yes you can. As with any research you need to analyse data systematically and focus on good quality sources of data.

Though they are in the public domain they must me properly referenced. It could be regarded as intellectual property. Therefore, I will advise that you sort out the issues of consent and copyright. General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) must also be considered. Your supervisor and your university's research unit should be able help you in this aspect.
