need to explain to you:
TNF-a was prepared as 100ng/ml using EBM-2 (basal) to treat my HUVEC for ROS generation. But the solution was diluted to 10ng/ml and the rest of the volume of 100ng/ml solution were left unused at 4degree.
Can I use that solution again?

If you treat the cells with some components, you should make the stock solution first (for example, 1000X dilution) and store in -200 C.
If your unused solution are less than two weeks at 4 degree, you can still use.

Dear Khan,
I totally agree with Mr. Dongliang! The stock solution should be stored in -20o C. Everytime you need to do your experiment, you use an aliquot in order to make your dilutions. Then, you put your stock again in -20o C.
