I have administrated a questionnaire on "Speaking Skills Difficulties". I would like to use some of those responses to write another research paper on students' attitudes or motivation as there are many items in the questionnaire on students attitudes and motivation.
Yes, of course, Jamal. There is nothing to stop you writing a second article based on different data. It is also a good idea to recycle your research/findings for different audiences.

I agree with Peter. You can use the same questionnaire responses to write more than one research paper. A set of questionnaire responses can be used to achieve different purposes, especially where you have more than one construct in the questionnaire. You can use each construct for a different paper. But even if it is only one construct, you can still use the responses for more than one paper. There are different aspects of questionnaire responses. It depends on how you interpret them. You must however ensure that the papers are substantially different from one another. Set different objective(s) and work in line with the new objectives
You cannot usually publish the same data in different journal articles. This is a requirement of most journals, but check first :)
Yes, you can perform statistical analysis of same data from different perspectives or context. That is why is is generally suggested to take maximum demographic information of respondents so that analysis can be done from different perspectives.
