Are you measuring enzymatic activity or doing an ELISA? The kit for measuring enzymatic activity should work for human as well as mouse 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase. For the ELISA measurement, you should use the purified human enzyme as the standard, not the mouse enzyme.
