Can i use scalar relativistic pusedopotential for Cl atom in optical calculation as all other atoms of my compound CsSnGeCl3 have non relativistic?

I could not find non relativistic file for Cl atom in FHI PP table whereas all other atom have non relativistic psuedopotential file.
