We are dealing with dirt issue in our lab, our lab is an analytical chemistry lab, can use roomba for cleaning it.

Yes. But cover the instruments with tarp or plastic beforehand (especially the HPLC).

The roomba will only remove dirt from the floor and fine materials may bypass the filters. Can you not keep the dirt off the floor, e.g., by changing shoes?
