I want to measure the remaining soluble protein concentration after interaction and precipitation of other proteins, if the starting concentration of protein is 6.25ug/ml or 12.5ug/ml , can I use nanodrop to detect that very low protein concentration remained ?
Hopefully that 75% or something interact and precipitate, so u could imagine how low the remaining concentration would be.
Do u have any other suggestion to measure a very few microliter and a very few ug/ml proteins.
