Can i use Integrin 2Beta as loading control for membrane fraction ?

Recently I ran a western for CRTH2 membrane protien in raw macrophages. I probed for beta actin and it came out well as many have mentioned that cytoskeletal components cling to membranes and show up in membrane fraction in western blot. Many do agree that Beta actin is not an appropriate loading control. In this regard I wish to know if I probe for Integrin Beta 2 as I have the antibody in the lab and this is a membrane protien.
