Is there a technique for DMEM as well, as most articles advise William's E Media? Can someone share the protocol for isolating and primary culture of mouse hepatocytes in DMEM or suggest articles on the topic?

While William’s E media is the superior media for culturing hepatocytes, DMEM enhanced with 10% serum will also work for primary hepatocyte culture.
